DELIVERIES

Deliveries will be with 5-7 working days however on embroidered garments and particularly in schoolwear peak season (JUL- AUG) please allow 7-10days on these product however we do endevour to process them as quickly as possible.

RETURNS 

You may return your order if you wish but no longer than 14 days from recieving the product(s). you will be remimburssed only by the method in which the good were paid for (eg. if paid on line by paypal the refund will be processed in this manner) . All returns are charged at £1.99 processing fee which will be deducted from the origional item cost paid when refunded.

This process does not apply to personalised products which have been embelished or produced with personal name or logos. Tights, swimwear,  are all end sales(no refundable or returnable due to health and hygene) This does not affect you satutory rights.

If you wish to excercise the right to return or cancel goods they but have been kept in a manner of care and fit for resale or the refund will not be processed.

and all returns will be sent back to us at the buyers own cost this will not be refunded 

EXCHANGES

If you require an exchange we are happy to fullfil this request as long as the product is return in good resale care. with any labels attached as when it was recieved and unworn

 

PLACING ORDERS

When you place and order with us you will recieve an email to say we have your order if any product is out of stock and can not be fulfilled by 7days from ordering or the delivery is undetermined due to suppliers we will refund the item.

A new order will need to be placed once the item is avialble for purchase via the website
